Telecaller- Digital Reward Solution

India's largest Digital Rewardz solutions company, is looking for enthusiastic women who can work from home as telecallers.

Callers need to have an Android phones, as our CRM supports Android phones only. Please do not apply if you are an iPhone, MI, One Plus or Moto user.

The candidate will be required to make calls to database and sell company's offerings which are essentially Digital Reward solutions like corporate cards, expense cards, incentive cards and meal vouchers etc

Calls will be made to various retail and F&B brands. Services to be pitched on call are:

Customer Loyalty Program as an End to End solution in integration with the POS

- Platform to engage with their customers including campaign design to delivery

- Reward customers via Coupons, Voucher or Points

- WiFi to the customer and get customers enrolled in the program

- EasyCount Footfall counter to track dwell time spent by each customer/group

- Run engaging customer Referral programs & incentivize them to refer others

- Real-time Customer Feeback shared via digital channels

- Manage & Monitor Employee Discounts seamlessly across the hierarchy

Qualification:
Graduate, having good communication skills.

Salary:
Rs 10/- per successful call, Rs 2/- per connected call, Rs 200/- for each meeting fixed
