About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced technical resource to join our technical team managing Marketing Campaign system. As a member of core platform team you will be responsible for managing project end-to-end inclusive all integration and execution. Additionally you have to use yours experience to improve and extend capabilities of our core integration l andscape serving key business processed.
- Requirement and feasibility discussion.
- Architecture and implantation discussion.
- Have to coordinate with multiple team across the bank and vendor for development and project management activities.
- Touch point for all project related and technical discussion and issues.
- Work directly with vendor and support team for project management, support activities and crisis and complaint.
- Have to directly / indirectly participate in to development related activities.
- Evaluate and implement the best practice for design, coding coverage.
- Take end-to-end ownership for application
- Log analysis and Troubleshooting to identify issue and resolution.
- Designing, implementing and supporting service oriented API such as restful, wsdl.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Master degree in Computer Application
- 8+ years’ relevant experience
- Any Marketing Campaign System knowledge like IBM UNICA/ Adobe or salesforce is added advantage
- Experience in Microsoft bot(LUIS and QnA maker) ,
- Experience in Azure/ AWS , Iaas , PaaS and cognitive services implementations
- Experience in managing InfoSec and compliance norms
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and opinions, even if they are different to commonly held views (especially in the area of technology)
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of cloud based application development , monitoring and devops
- Hands experience in containers.
