Talent Acquisition Associate
A reputed bank is looking to hire an experienced recruiter to work from home. The candidate must be a current resident of Bangalore / Chennai.
Job Description:
- Extensive experience in bulk/mass hiring especially in the BFSI sector.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc) .
- Contacting candidates, following - up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline
- Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
- Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
- Minimum experience of 5 years is mandatory
- Should understand the various sourcing methods.
- Should be ready to face challenges and work independently with high result orientation.
- Must have an updated laptop
It is a contractual role for 9 months. The candidate must be currently residing in Bangalore / Chennai
