The profile will be part of the implementation and support team.
Thns profile requires good knowledge of Databases (Oracle / MS SQL) and PL/SQL
programming. This is a client facing role and will work closely with technical and functional
experts in Financial Institutions.
Job Responsibilites :
QDE’s Financial Crime Products installation at client’s sites. Assist through software implementation and support lifecycle.
Responsible for database and application server related activities from setting up,deployment and perform functional and performance testing.
Understand any new requirements/ customizations from the client and implement the changes. Coordinate with development team for any product customizations specific to a client implementation and manage all communications.
Identify issues, perform Root Cause analysis, maintain documentation, and provide appropriate solution. Coordinate with all stakeholders to resolve issues within required time frame and inform of any delays.
Train client’s technical staff on the software. Improve software to meet the client’s business needs and follow best practices and standards.
Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides for company application’s user guides for company applications user community.
2-5 years of relevant experience in the field of software implementation.
Excellent knowledge of Databases lnke Oracle or MSSQL.
PL / SQL– Ability to write complex stored procedures, performance tuning etc.
A team player with good communication skills.
Bachelors / Master’s degree in IT for Computer engineering.
