Job Description:
Location: Work from Home but only Mumbai (preferred)
Experience : 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Day to day role:
• Coordinate and follow up with business stakeholders from time to time
• Coordinate the agenda for any internal or external meetings with the relevant stakeholders
• Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information
• Manage the calendar on a daily basis
• Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
• Assist in editing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding, for client meetings
• Manage & monitor all planning, coordination & logistics related to paperwork
• Monitoring priority items, providing assistance & follow-ups as required
• Plan & manage travel schedule
• Assisting in planning , coordination , logistics for both personal and professional work
• Ability to work across time zones and weekends if necessary
Skill set:
â— Bachelor’s degree preferred
â— Strong written and verbal communication
â— Strong planning and organizational skills

â— Resilient in withstanding pressure and delivering efficiently
