A Leading Corporate Training Company MDA Training  is looking for a full time E- Learning Developer .

Responsible for providing technical expertise to assist professional work groups in the area of developing new e-learning courses and revising e-learning courses. Supports projects internally and is responsible for tasks and assignments associated with the development of training.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

E-learning Design

• Creates/Revises e-learning using Adobe Captivate software
• Maintains e-learning content using Adobe Captivate software
• Knowledge of Camtasia
• Develops storyboards and scripts for e-learning and virtual live training
• Upload and configure e-learning content into learning management system
• Integrates emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning

Multimedia Development

• Creates multimedia products using a variety of software programs, primarily in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Captivate
• Must deliver products on-time with minimal defects
• Manipulate and edit digital imagery, video and incorporate graphics, and effects
• Manipulate and edit sound using Adobe Audition

Graphic Design

• Create images and animations that identify a concept or convey a message utilizing Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign
• Develop graphics for  online training, and websites
• Incorporate changes recommended by internal and external clients
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing
• Develop graphics for course catalogs and course information sheets

Instruction Design

• Develop instructor guides, trainee guides, and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
• Develop instructional programs that leverage new technologies and multimedia
• Select, modify, and integrate existing instructional materials that employ multimedia and emerging technologies

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience as an e-learning developera

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, or instructional design, or a related field in training development
