Job description:
We are looking for a customer support executive who can handle inbound and outbound voice processes.
Candidates must have a minimum experience of handling inbound and outbound calls for a minimum period of 2 years. Calls include interaction with customers and registered doctors.
As a customer support executive, you will have fixed working hours in a day shift, & all queries are to be managed well within the organization’s predefined SLA.
Required experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound voice process
Hands-on experience in service desk and ticketing system
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
1 year of experience in an international BPO is preferred.
Qualification:
2 years of experience in the inbound and outbound voice process.
