Job description

We are looking for Female Client Services Cum Business Development Manager for our Organization Based out in Mumbai. This will be a Work from home opportunity any where from India.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts.
2. Proactively initiate contact with potential clients.
3. Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business.
4. Help our clients to better understand the full potential of our recruitment and diversity services and act as liaison between the client and internal teams.
5. Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their recruiting needs are being met.
6. Achieve monthly, quarterly, & yearly targets set by the management.
7. Work together with the internal researchers to match the candidates to the profile and create a shortlist.
8. Oversee a team of internal recruiters and ensure they are providing resumes and updates in timely manner.
9. Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
10. Coach and support team members to help them meet monthly targets.
11. Keep records and documentation of team’s resume uploads.
12. Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement

Qualification & Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required

• 5+ years’ experience in Recruitment

• 3+ years’ experience in BD client servicing

• Should have Knowledge of all IT & Non It skill sets.

• Prior diversity experience is a plus

• Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills required
