About the role:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Tech Support Executive with a focus on KRAs and KPI’s.
â— Experience in providing customer service support
â— Proficiency in English
â— Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
â— Strong client-facing and communication skills
â— Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management.
â— Knowledge of support and customer success processes of a software organization
â— Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills.
â— Management experience in a team-oriented workplace is preferred.
â— Hands on experience in gathering information & creating reports
â— Demonstrated ability to lead and develop department and department staff members.

â— Create a track KPI’s and provide feedback to employees
â— Resource planning
â— Escalation management
â— Client interaction which includes follow-ups, issue resolution,
â— Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
â— Coordination with internal teams
â— Monitoring & managing CRM tool
â— 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
â— B.Com./B.Sc.-IT/B.C.A. or any graduate degree
