Talent Acquisition Head

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
 
• We believe in attracting the right people for the right places at the right time so the mission doesn’t come at a halt
• Exceptional team-handling skills where you show the team a direction
• Translating data and analysis of the teams into strategic output
• Head the entire Talent Acquisition for the Company which includes, Energy, IoT and FinTech.
• Expertise in handling TA tools: ATS, CRM, Job Boards,social-professional networks (like LinkedIn, Naukri etc) and other innovative sourcing tools.
•Develop and implement strategiesto attract passive candidates using online databases, social professional networks (eg LinkedIn), and other innovative sourcing methods
• Strategic business partnership to leaders for talent acquisition, translating the business talentneeds into coherent talent acquisition and recruitment plans
• Determine currentstaffing needs and produce forecasts & WFM/Manpower planning
• Take stepsto ensure positive candidate experience
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement & create a Pipeline
• Proactively address talent gaps through nurturing of talent poolsto meet future requirement
• Off campus drives/Campus drives/Walk-ins/Job fairs/sourcing & creating a pool of talent
• Build assessment centers for evaluation process & parameters & execute the procedures
 
 
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
 
• 9+ years of experience in recruiting, engaging, nurturing talent and strategizing.
• Previous experience in delivering strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives in areas such as diversity and inclusion, employer branding, campus hiring and strategic sourcing
• Exposure to multiple industries(Manufacturing, BFSI, IT) will be an advantage.
• Must have a fair understanding of e-commerce, technology, production, FinServ
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking system and job boards
• Executing experience on campus drives, walk-ins, ramp, job-fairs, off-spring and headhunting, IJP and referrals (RRF)
• Excellent relation management with allstakeholders
• Must be proficient in documentation processes
• You must be excellent interpersonal and softskills
• Empathy must be your best attribute.
• Leadership competenciesto lead a team to their end-goal.
• Understanding of high-performance culture and hiring standards
• Decision making abilities and you must be accountable for their roles and responsibilities
