Experience: 2  to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• To understand different companies businesses and its manpower requirements.
• Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates.
• To Source and screen the candidates to build a pool of interested candidates through Job Portals, data Bank, Head Hunting, References, Job postings etc in given time frame.
• To coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews follow up for their feedback from clients
• To coordinate with candidates for offer Follow up with them till they are on boarded.
• To coordinate with clients over phone and email for feedback and open positions
• To coordinate with clients for fulfillment of the manpower requirements.
• Should be able to work on CRM.
  Should be able to lead a team of recruiters.
• Design implement overall recruiting strategy
• Provide end to end Non-IT / IT recruitment services.
• Source and screen candidates for various positions.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation skills.
• Head Hunting / Mapping / Research / Social Media Hiring skills

Role Proficiencies:

• Hands on experience on PORTALS (Monster / Naukri.com / Shine.com / Timesjobs
• Excellent communication skills in English
• End to end recruitment cycle and client handling
