CTC - 20 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Control the entire project life cycle
• Track progress and milestones
• Lead team meetings.
• Ensure technology solutions are managed to support business strategies.
• Prepare project plans that include key milestones, release dates of cross functional teams/third party dependencies.
• Proactively address delivery team issues, resolve blockers
• In partnership with Product Owners, Operation, Finance, Risk, application owners, establish agenda and facilitate kickoff for new project(s)/Change Request(s)
• Establish all project artifacts using PMO templates and checklists
• Maintain any Project Management documents shared; archive when required.
• Document all the interdependencies and list assumptions and constraints related to the Project/CR.

Skills & Competencies:  

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• 3-7 years of experience IT industry experience in preferable in Cards Domain.
• Should have a strong techno functional knowledge of Vision plus cards.
• Experience in working with Credit Management System (CMS)/ Authorization/ Transaction management is must

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Application
• PMP or equivalent Certification
