Role – Process Trainer

Our Client is with a mission to bring all the fuels, be it liquid, gas, or electric, under one roof and make them available with just a click on the phone using special purpose vehicles that are capable of distributing fuels in a safe and efficient manner with the help of the latest technology.
1. Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
2. Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
3. Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
4. Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
5. Catering to the red flags in the performances of the associate and bridging the performance gap.
6. Determines training needs by conducting calibrations with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers
7. Collaboration with business leads to ensure a thorough and developmental training plan for the team members
8. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
9. Review, standardise and regular upkeep of Process manuals. Process manuals should be the single source of information used for training new hires and upskilling existing staff.
10. Identifying and fixing our processes where we have gaps in terms of non-value-added activities, areas open for risk and / or processes which are sub-optimal to provide a good customer experience.
11. Work as a virtual team of process trainers to regularly discuss best practises and also look at how we can develop Processes reserves across different teams.
1. Proven work experience as a Process/Sales Trainer or similar role
2. Experience in a sales operation’s role is a plus
3. Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
4. Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Good interpersonal and presentation abilities
7. 40 hrs./month delivering training & execution
