Must-have Skills

1)Oracle database administration and Performance/ SQL tuning – 3-6 years
2) PL/SQL, Shell/Python scripting – 3-5 years
3) Exposure to any other databases like MYSQL, PostgreSQL or other NoSQL databases – 3 years

Strong real-world experience on managing Oracle databases at scale.
• Strong experience in performance monitoring, triaging incidents, identify root cause and propose corrective actions.
• Strong ability to write code in Python, PL/SQL and automate task using Ansible & Terraform.
• Partnering with peers in product development to enable business and deliver projects.
• SQL tuning and suggest areas of improvements.
• Public cloud experience (GCP, Azure & AWS)
• Follow change management and security guidelines and execute critical change requests.
• Willingness to document and enhance process-oriented approach.
 Expert in Oracle database technologies and familiarity with MySql, PostgreSQL and NoSql databases like Aerospike,
MongoDB, Cassandra, and Couchbase will be preferred.
