About the Role




Coordinating with Different stakeholders and managing the Production environment for all the Transit Cards Projects of the Bank.






Key Responsibilities





Coordinating with Vendors, Internal Bank Teams, Third parties to handle different production issues that can arrive in Transit projects.
Responsible for establishing team goals and objectives and measuring and managing the team against them.
Knowledge of Card Payment Application.
Responsible for tracking the new project and timelines.
Knowledge of Mobile Application.
Knowledge all Payment Message Specification
Knowledge of different Card system like Rupay, Visa and MasterCard.
Understanding the requirements raised by Business teams for New Change Request.
Project Planning and coordination with Vendor for New Deployments.
Assist the UAT testing for New Changes and Project with Business team.
Production Movement plan with production support team for new changes and support to the team in case of any issues.
Support for DR Drill activity to Production Support team





Qualifications




6+ Years Experience in IT Card and Payment Domain and Production Support functionality.

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Good Resource management skill.






Role Proficiencies:




Knowledge and Understanding of Transit Cards environment

Experienced to handle Production environment in Card Payment domain

Working knowledge on Windows and Linux Operating systems.

Working Knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL Database systems.
