Key Responsibilities:

Renewal Retention- Mail and call existing clients for renewal intimation/ payments
Sending payment links to clients
Inwarding of policy proposals into software/ application/ portal
Mailing proposal details to insurance cos for policy booking
Coordinating with insurance company for pending policies/ endorsement/ refund/ quotes etc
Cross sell and Up sell of insurance
Making Health insurance quote for new clients
Well equipped with product knowledge of various insurances like Health, Motor Insurance, etc

Role Proficiencies:

Looking for candidate with confidence, good interpersonal skills, communication skills/ email writing, 3-4 yrs of experience in general insurance
