Profile: HR Executive and Recruiter


Job Description:


ï‚· Meet recruitment needs of the organization

ï‚· Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media hiring

ï‚· Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

ï‚· Screen incoming resumes and application forms

ï‚· Interview candidates (via phone, video calls and in-person).

ï‚· Develop and Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.

ï‚· Campus recruitment, bulk hiring

ï‚· Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

ï‚· Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.

ï‚· Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

ï‚· Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.

ï‚· Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.

ï‚· Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

ï‚· Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.

ï‚· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

ï‚· Assist with budget monitoring

ï‚· Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.



HR Requirements:


ï‚· Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).

ï‚· Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

ï‚· Excellent record-keeping skills.

ï‚· Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

ï‚· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

ï‚· Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.

ï‚· Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.

ï‚· Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.

ï‚· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
