Executive/Sr. Executive Sales (Space Education - EdTech)

Experience - 1 to 5 years

Location - New Delhi

CTC - 20000 to 30000 per month


Profile Summary:


The objective of the position is to build & expand business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.



Key Accountabilities


1 Pre Sales


ï‚· Identify methods to generate leads and enquiries.

ï‚· Identify business opportunities with new clients & existing clients for extended products(up-selling/ cross-selling)

ï‚· Pursue new/existing client through calling/meeting etc. to propose the products

ï‚· Create effective pipeline for customers in his territory, and managing the same.

ï‚· Forecast business generation on monthly basis for different product category

ï‚· Prepare proposals/offers depending on the client requirement Full 2 Sales



ï‚· Demonstrating/presenting products to the clients and aware them about the services provided.

ï‚· Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales and also negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with clients.

ï‚· Communicate the sales through the process to concerned departments(academic support, operations and accounts, Education)

ï‚· Handover the required document (PDS)to concerned departments for implementation and record keeping

ï‚· Collect Payment and update the Collection Executive for records

ï‚· Follow up for future collection of payments as per the schedule


Post sales


ï‚· Coordinate with the client for feedbacks of program implementation.(coordination & Execution)

ï‚· Report issues/problems identified during program delivery w.r.t to clients/internal departments in writing.

ï‚· Do post execution PR/marketing for repeat business generation.(Example- Feedback/testimonials/programme report/certificates)

ï‚· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforce organization standards.


 Market Research and Territory management


ï‚· Identify all the developments happening in the assigned territory w.r.t. competition.

ï‚· Update about all the initiatives (Like Events/Competition/Activities/New projects ) w.r.t clients

ï‚· New development in the territory w.r.t to market players in the Industry(Non Competitors)

ï‚· Keep a track of all associations/Meets/Conference and plan promotional activities

ï‚· Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors


Record Keeping


ï‚· File all the Records as per the filing and documentations procedure

ï‚· File month end report as per prescribed format on last day of every month


Events and Marketing


ï‚· Implement the event plan w.r.t to marketing with existing and prospective clients.

ï‚· During the Company Events do prospecting and marketing with the participants.

ï‚· Execute post event PR activities.

ï‚· Identify Areas where promotion activities could be organized.

ï‚· Plan and execute the promotional activities.

ï‚· Analyze the results of the promotional activities in terms of effectiveness, leads and Business generation.
