Edtech Business Development Associate -Work from Office (New Delhi)

Experience - 1 to 6 years

CTC - 3 to 4 LPA

Location - New Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Visiting 3-4 schools a day for appointments

2. Making the initial marketing pitch to the school senior staff

3. collecting school's contact details & maintaining a monthly calendar of school seminars and partnership meetings

4. Responsible for setting up kiosk desks at schools for counselling, collecting counselling data sheets

5. Managing student crowd, same for colleges, handing over any and all student data collected to the BDM on the same day

6. Good communication skills and prior experience working as a counsellor will be an advantage

7. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required, and manage and handle multiple tasks

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


Physical resource- most likely a male travel across Delhi/NCR; good comms and marketing skills, street-smart and knows how to get the foot-in-the-door, open to learning, good execution of the training given; having a strong work ethic, integrity and maintaining complete transparency in data collected (both B2B and B2C) and in his whereabouts. Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, WFO Only
