Roles & Responsibilities:
Must have worked on any CBS (CASA, GL, payments) or any other banking platform.
Must have experience in production support activity. Exposure on implementation of any CBS, CASA, GL, payment system.
Must have handled team of 3-5 IT professionals Production Support & mentenience of core banking solutions (CASA, payments, GL) which will involve BAU ops activities, troubleshooting the issues, co-ordination between business team/partners/ OEM, getting the fixes tested into UAT area & movement of those fixes into production.
Ensuring the high availability of system, meeting the audit & compliance requirements & participating in DC DR activities
