About the Role

• Own projects from initiation till go live.
• Timely review and implementation of Audit requirements and compliance.
• Regularly review existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure Project artefacts are documented and maintained up to date.
• Responsible for Application uptime and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing requirement analysis & understanding.
• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements with vendor.
• Work with vendor to ensure that they understand the specifications.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancement's to automate and modernize systems.
• Work with technology vendor teams to gain an in understanding of the end-to-end system implementation.
• Prepare detailed component functional specifications in line with bank standards.
• Conduct impact analysis and create solutions managing technology impact and clearly document and raise assumptions/risks.
• Define cost effective and detailed technology solutions that meet scoped business requirements in line with guiding principles and bank standards.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders both business and technology.
• Timely and clear communications to management
• Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
• Own projects from initiation till go live.
• Identify/Raise Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Graduate from IT/Software proficiency or Bachelor of Engineering graduate with experience in IT payment domain. Degree in computer science / engineering or a similar field.

• At least 4-5 years of experience as Business System Analyst for Deputy Manager and 6 – 8 years for Manager

• Experience/Understanding of Inward/Outward Remittances is a plus.

Role Proficiencies:

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience on AWS Services
• Strong experience in Kubernetes
• Experience of creating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Strong SQL/Oracle experience.
• Strong experience in Linux/Windows servers
• Strong Experience in Middleware installation and troubleshooting
• Good understanding about Altaian suit (Jira, Bitbucket, confluence etc.)
• Prior experience as BA and in remittance application
• Problem solving and written / verbal communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills
• Team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
