About the Role
-
Liaising with business for gathering of new requirements, analyzing and documentation

Coordinating with internal/external customers for requirements and ensuring timely delivery

Work to fine-tune and streamline process and enhance overall productivity
-
Providing support to resolve application/functional level issues, whenever required
-
Coordinating with different IT teams and customer during implementation and integration of solution and services
-
Facilitating as a IT representative in various customer and sales events
-
Provide presentation about product, services on behalf of Information Technology
-
8. Self-driven and identifying the potential for IT developments with prospectus clients
1. Work to fine-tune and streamline process and enhance overall productivity
2. Web Application Integration and implementation/deployment
3. Java PHP programing and Testing
4. Knowledge in SQL and Unix/Linux
5. Providing support to resolve application/functional level issues
6. Coordinating with internal/external customers for requirements raised and ensuring timely delivery
Qualifications
BE/B-Tech
Role Proficiencies:

Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time

Experience in web based application and integration
-
Should have worked in Problem Management or Release Management teams

Hands on Experience in Java Programming and Testing
-
Should be very good in SQL and Shell scripting knowledge is mandatory
-
JIRA, Selenium knowledge will be an added advantage

Should be able to remote troubleshoot issues at different sites
-
Proficiency in English (Very good) is required

Java, PHP, SQL, Weblogic, Web Integration and API, Unix/Linux, HP Quality Center, HTML Advantages to have JIRA, SAP/ERP, Selenium, ITIL Certification, GitHub
