Business Development Manager - Recruitment Industry

We are looking for Business Development & Client Servicing Manager for our Recruitment firm based out in Mumbai.


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, current expertise and existing contacts.

  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients.

  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate repeat business.

  • Help our clients to better understand the full potential of our recruitment and diversity services and act as liaison between the client and internal teams.

  • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their recruiting needs are being met.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, & yearly targets set by the management.

  • Work together with the internal researchers to match the candidates to the profile and create a shortlist.

  • Oversee a team of internal recruiters and ensure they are providing resumes and updates in timely manner.

  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.

  • Coach and support team members to help them meet monthly targets.

  • Keep records and documentation of team’s resume uploads.

  • Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement

Qualification & Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field required

• For FEMALE candidates Only

• 5+ years’ experience in Recruitment

• 3+ years’ experience in Business Development & client servicing

• Should have Knowledge of all IT & Non It skill sets.

• Prior diversity experience is a plus

• Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines

• Strong communication skills required

• Women Candidates Preferred

Job Location - Pan India - Remote /  BKC, Mumbai (Hybrid)
