â— Defining and documenting customer business functions and processes
â— Analyzing the practicability of and developing requirements for new systems and up gradations to existing systems
â— Liaisoning between technology teams, support teams and business units
â— Ensuring the system design is perfect as per the needs of the users
â— Participating in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system
â— Good analyzing capabilities and work out things in simple ways
â— Good with MS-Office
