About the Role

CCM application manager is considered a subject matter expert in the application functionality of the system. He/She will owned the underlying platform used to support the business requirement. Work closely with business service operations and IT –core teams. Developed and design the template for letter, statement and sms using CCM tool.

Key Responsibilities

6 - 8 years of software development Experience.

Oracle SQL,PL-SQL, Proficient in HTML, CSS and Java script , Data quality, workflow creation experience.

Development experience & Ability to handle of Soap and Rest API services using SOAP UI or open source platforms.

Unix or Linux  / shell scripting , Basic Linux commands.  

Template development , designing and authorization , Forms migration and Rationalization experience.

Responsible for SDLC that includes analysis, Design ,Implementation & testing.

Any ETL tool knowledge will be an added advantage.

Integration knowledge with the aggregator for email and sms will be the added advantage.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system related issues.

Ability to interact with technical & non-technical resources using excellent written and verbal communication.

Excellent follow up and customer service skills.

Graduate/BE

Role Proficiencies:

Skill set - Angular, JavaScript, .NET, Java, C++, SQL, SOAP and web REST services, Oracle, PL-SQL

Hands on experience on any one - Jboss, Web Logic, WebSphere

Extensive hands on development experience in Java

Experience in design and development of high performance, multi-thread applications

Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills

Azure,AWS cloud knowledge

Deep knowledge & understanding of database design, setup, and maintenance; strong experience with SQL, PL-Sql

Agile methodology for projects

Strong communication skills both written and oral
