About the Role

1.Candidate should have Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development or  web technologies and very well aware of Banking Domain.
2.Provide end-to-end project management
3.Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
4.Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement project
5.Create support documentation like  Functional specifications
6.Ensuring technical feasibility of the Requirement
7.Ensure resource availability and allocation
8.Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
9.Good technical background with an ability to suggest Design changes
10.Understand and discuss the requirements with Business, Analyse the Impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide end-to-end project management
2. Bridge the gap between IT and business
3. Create documentation like Functional specifications
4. Execute Scrum events including Sprint planning, Sprint backlog refinement, and Daily scrum meetings
5. Helping business and management team to draw goals and needs

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering (Information Technology or Computer Science Streams only)/BSC (IT) -  (Information Technology or Computer Science Streams only)

Role Proficiencies:

1.  experience on Finacle.
2.  experience on Payments processing.
3. knowledge or experience on PHP
4. Proficiency in SQL including Stored Procedures
