- Handling contacts and leads
- Be in touch with team managers for team meetings
- Associates can reach out to company Process Helpline for any process policy related queries
- Ability to utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts.
- Excellent communications skills (Written and verbal). Good comprehension & composition skills
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
- Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work during weekends, holidays, and events.
- Need to have a dedicated private, ergonomic workspace (Desk & a Chair) that is free from disturbance.
- Must have internet connection with a bandwidth of 10 Mbps or higher connected through LAN cable.
- Qualification - Must be 10+2
