Enhance company’s technology quality: Define repeatable audit processes cycle. 

Technology advisor: 

• Strong and relevant experience in DevOps Domain and DevOps Life Cycle - Must.

• Should have experience of setting up DevOps Practice for client or company.

• For new projects, assist in technology selection, design & documentation architecture. 

• Prototype different solutions and provide options on what would work. 

• Solving technology issues that are being faced by existing engineering teams. 

• Own the development methodology - The Knolway process. 

• Identifying emerging trends relevant for our business. Should be an advisor to organization in terms of technology investments. 

External face of company’s technology platform: 

• An evangelist to developers, clients and employees.

• Deep interest in blogs, open source contributions, articles, meetup and webinars. 

Technology consulting: 

• Define guidelines for generating new business for the organization. 

• Solid foundation in design, data structures and algorithms, and strong analytical and debugging skills with customer-facing product experience.

• Expertise in effective planning and prioritization of projects to create an environment where randomization is either absent or extremely minimized.

Technology enthusiast: 

• Solid foundation in design, data structures and algorithms, and strong analytical and debugging skills with customer-facing product experience.

• Deep understanding and prior hands-on experience of distributed system/ecosystem, back-end technologies like Java-based microservices & system design architecture.

• Good understanding of Memory Management, Garbage Collection, Multithreading, Immutability & concurrency programming & functional programming.
