- Formulate strategies, policies and procedures for learning & development function
- Build training infrastructure for engineers working on emerging technologies
- Steering workforce effectiveness with a focus on enhancing Training & Development, to derive work efficiency
- Responsible for the training effectiveness index and constant initiative to identify an area of improvement and new ways of value addition by way of training.
- Assess capability gaps, devise strategy and programs to bridge the gaps
- Drive organisation values and philosophy
- Evaluate effectiveness of programs delivered to check if it meets business and organisation needs
- Vision and design content based on the gap/needs identified
- Creating innovative solutions to develop high-performance teams
- Focus on leadership development and organisation development interventions
- Drive Functional & Behavioral Training Initiatives across the organization
- Effective communicator with good presentation, relationship and leadership skills.
- A Management Graduate with 15 years of experience in L&D/Talent Development function with organizations of repute.
- Experience working with the IT Industry would be preferred.
