Back Office Executive

A leading Finance Company, Mutual Fund Service & Stock Broker company is looking for a back office executive to work from home part-time.

- Willing to work from 6.00 pm - 10.30 pm

Job Description: 

- Performing market research.

- Gathering and processing research data.

- Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.

- Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.

- Assisting the Front Office team.

- Assisting with inventory control.

- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.

- Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.

- Assisting and supporting management.

Back Office Executive Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field.

- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.

- Working knowledge of CRM platforms. Candidate would be running certain processes in an application that is used in the medical field for which she would be trained

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- High-level written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be having scores above 70% at the graduation level /  Masters degree

 

  • Qualification:

    2 years of exp, must be well versed with MS office tools
