  • Should have good communication skills (must be fluent in English and must not have mother tongue influence) as candidate may require to coordinate with staff in the US office.
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Must have good organizational skills to store and organize/collate data.
  • Must be well versed with Microsoft tools
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Data management and analytics
  • Multiple business domain knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  •  An ability to work with people and also manage team goals on a day to day basis post induction.
  • Qualification:

    She should have passed Bachelors / Masters Degree with at least 70% marks.
