Summary of Functions – Job responsibilities

Ability to generate B2B leads and schedule prospect meetings for our sales personnel, build client relationships & close deals

• Lead Generation - Tele-calling, Emailing & Social Media (LinkedIn) outreach

     o Creating & maintaining database in Excel/CRM

• Send email proposal to interested prospects/clients

• Generating interest & Scheduling Meetings at client office for our sales personnel

• Follow-ups:

     o Prospect & client follow-ups for deal conversion

     o Payment follow-ups with clients

 

Offer details

• Pay:

     o Fixed: Rs 7000 per month - Depending on candidate profile

     o Variable: Rs 2000 per converted deal

• Office hours o Mon-Fri • Work-From-Home

• Targets

     o 35-50 calls per day

     o 10 deal closures per month

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Graduation (minimum requirement); Post-Graduation (Preferred)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

     o Highly proficient in English & Hindi

     o Optional: Marathi & Gujarati proficiency

• Ability to set & meet sales targets • Hunger for learning & growth
