HR Manager

Our client is looking for an HR Manager to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. To handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.

Responsibilities

 Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

·         Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives

·         Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

·         Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

·         Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes

·         Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

·         Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

·         Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

·         Design and update job descriptions

·         Source potential candidates from various online channels.

·         Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

·         Screen incoming resumes and application forms

·         Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

·         Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests

·         Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

·         Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-filltime-to-hire and source of hire

 

Requirements

·         Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

·         Experience with sourcing techniques

·         Understanding of referral programs

·         Solid verbal and written communication skills

·         Sound judgment

·         Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position

·         PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)

·         Basic knowledge of labor laws

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Strong communications skills

Pay scale: Fulltime(Office) : INR15000 ; Part-time(Home): INR7500
