An Insurance brokerage company based in Chembur is looking to hire a receptionist.
- As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
- Answering visitors' or caller's enquiries about a company and its products or services.
- Setting appointments, filing, records keeping, keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks
- Faxing or emailing.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
Monday to Friday - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Saturday - Half Day
1 to 2 years of working experience as a receptionist
25,000 to 30,000 /- pm
